Richard “Hitch” McCulloch

Owner

Working on the Front Range of Colorado since 1980, Hitch has over 35 years of experience managing the urban forest ecosystem. Graduating in 1989 from Colorado State University, obtaining his Certified Arborist from the International Society of Arboriculture, Hitch brings both experience and education to Wyoming. Licensed by the Department of Agriculture in six separate pest and weed categories you can be assured this skill set is not lost on your particular plant needs. Hitch loves trees and tree work and whenever possible he still tries to get on a job and show the boys how its done.


Seth McCulloch

Owner

Born into the arboriculture industry, Seth has been around or working with trees for most of his life. Taking some time off to receive an associates degree in business, Seth quickly found out that his true passion was caring for trees. He is now a ISA Certified Arborist, TCIA Certified Tree care Safety Professional, and a TCIA Incidental Line Clearance Arborist, and a qualified supervisor licensed by the department of agriculture. He brings over 8 years of diagnosing, climbing, and safe arboriculture practices to the operation.


Clay Sales

Owner/Plant Health Care Supervisor

Graduating from college with a degree in history, Clay also found arboriculture a better fit for his time. Clay’s attention to detail makes him one of the better arborist around. Clay is a ISA Certified Arborist, ISA Certified Tree Care Professional and a qualified supervisor licensed by the department of agriculture. When clay isn’t working you can find him enjoying his time in the mountains kayaking, rock climbing, and hunting.


Jayce Thoen

Foremen

One of the better tree workers in Wyoming, Jayce excels in climbing. Jayce is very passionate about his work and has obtained his ISA certified Tree Worker. Jaycee has worked as a wildland firefighter for the Forest Service. These skills make him a natural for the tree care industry. Currently mastering the skill and art of tree climbing and pruning make him one of our most valuable employees. When he’s not working, Jaycee enjoys spending time with his wife and two kids. He’s also a very talented wood worker.


Josey Jones

Foremen

Bringing over 10 years of industry experience to Western Tree Care, Josey is an asset. No tree to big no tree to small. When he’s not working you can find him sitting in a duck blind or chasing elk in the high country


Austin Kissel

Vegetation Management Supervisor

Having joined the industry right out of high school, Austin brings experience and education to Western Tree Care. Austin excels at both equipment operations and vegetation management. Although he would rather be hunting or fishing he’s always the first one into the shop and has excellent work ethic.


Fernando Nova

Fernando has worked on trees for over 20 years. Fernando can do anything from stump removals to tree planting. Family dedication and hard work make Fernando a model employee that ensures our product quality.


Braxton Murray

The newest addition to the team, Braxton has found a niche for spray applications.
